POSTNATAL MASSAGE
BENEFITS
This is a wonderful full body massage to have from 6 weeks after birth
Like the pregnancy massage, this treatment uses a gentle pressure and can be done side lying for your comfort, especially if you are breastfeeding
Particularly good for easing emotional tension as well as physical aches, which may be a result of holding, carrying and feeding baby
If baby needs you at anytime during the massage, we can pause the treatment and continue when baby is settled. Alternatively, we can adapt the massage if baby needs longer with you or you need to feed, perhaps a seated massage or massage while you lie on your bed with baby
All treatments are available at my home studio in Bexleyheath
